About Me

I am Rachel Hudson and prior to coaching, I have worked in the public and private Education Sector for 15 years, having worked with teenagers and adults as a teacher. I am also a successful entrepreneur having set up my own business, Kent Language School in 2010. Through my work, I have coached small business owners, children up to the age of 18, parents, teachers and lecturers as well as adults in business and educational fields. Through teaching and coaching, I am very passionate about making a difference to the lives of others. I also believe that enabling people through coaching to achieve, often what they believe to be impossible, is very powerful.

I love sport and exercise, as I believe that exercising the body exercises the mind and it really gives me energy for the day. I speak four foreign languages and have travelled and lived in Europe and Central America. I currently live on the Redcliffe Peninsula around 25km from Brisbane in Australia, with my two young children.

All my experiences have enabled me to work closely with people and build great rapport with others, a skill invaluable for coaching. My teaching experience means I am excellent at asking questions, and for coaching this is essential! Finally, I am open-minded and non-judgmental, and operate under a Code of Ethics which means that I will work with the utmost confidentiality and integrity. No details will ever be discussed with any third party without your express prior consent.

I hold four coaching diplomas, Personal Performance and Youth Impact from The Coaching Academy in the UK (the world’s largest coaching training organisation), Professional Coaching through the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches and also Health, Wellness and Vitality. I am currently working in Australia part-time as Education Manager for AIPC, as well as running my own coaching business.

My diplomas are recognised by the following professional bodies:
